Project Brief:
This development is a high profile Retail Unit located at the Raheen roundabout on the outskirts of Limerick city.
The contract involved the roofing of the entire building and also included a large area of wall cladding to the rear of the development.
The roof also had plinths for plant and stubs for the louvered screen all weathered individually using single ply metal and membrane.
It involved considerable planning and liaison between various contractors. The wall cladding to the back walls was Horizontal Kingspan MR Architectural Panel. The Roof consists of a Single Ply Membrane on Insulation on Torch On Vapour Barrier to a concrete deck.
