Project Brief:
This development of six Industrial units is located on the outskirts of Blessington. On this development Grange Construction & Roofing took an early roll in helping with the specification for the Wall Cladding and also assisted the contractor with design of same.
We used Kingspan KS 1000 RW on the Roof of this development which is a Hipped Roof with an Insulated Gutter on four sides. The Front of the building, where the offices are situated are faced with a mixture of Kingspan Architectural Panels in Merlin Grey and Integrated Glazing Panels.
There are two rectangular features to the side of the building which were achieved using a Vertical Architectural Panel in a Bamboo Colour. An Architectural Panel in an Albatross Colour was also used on the Warehouse Elevations. The Bullnose and Soffit would be considered one of the main features of this building. These were finished in a Silver Powder Coated Aluminium all of which was made to measure.
