Project Brief:
This residential development sits on the edge of the river in Navan town where the Blackwater and Boyne rivers meet. The building is six stories high in different sections and consists of Apartments with Underground Parking.
The building uses two different types of roofing systems. The Flat Roofs were completed in a Paralon built up system onto concrete. The curved roofs were completed in Twin Skin Standing Seam Aluminium Speeddeck. The Cladding used on the Stairwells was completed with Kingspan Optimo which was integrated with Curtain Wall Glazing. The Soffits and Fascia were constructed using curved Aluminium Pressings.
This contract took four months to complete with co-ordination between Architects, Main Contractor and Grange Construction. We advised using our expertise and experience on specification and material best suited for this construction.
