Project Brief:
For the past number of years, Grange Construction & Roofing has carried out an ongoing maintenance programme at the Kerry Co-Op Plant in Listowel and Charleville. This consists of everything from small re-roofing contracts of various sizes to the cladding and roofing of the towers shown in this picture. This extension to the plant was cladded using a cradle hanging from the cradle rail.
Other works undertaken include the stripping and re-roofing of the main Stores Warehouse roof. This involved the stripping of metal deck and felt and replacing it with Kingspan low pitch panel. Also completed was the re-roofing of the main canteen area with Sintofil membrane. Grange Construction & Roofing have also carried out an extension to the Golden Cheesestring plant in Charleville along with re-roofing Niro 1 roof with a sintofoil membrane.
We work in close co-ordination with the engineering department of Kerry Co-Op to achieve the best results at all times.
