Project Brief:
This contract involved specific varying dimensions and aspects to the Roofing and Cladding. The Warehouse was a high bay rectangular building attached to a large office building with a curved outer wall to the side of the warehouse, linking the existing building via a corridor.
Four different coloured panels (White, Sargasso, Silver and Goosewing Grey) were used. The Main Cladding and Roofing was Kingspan RW. A contrasting architectural wall panel in the Kingspan RW Cladding was used in the Office Area. The roof over the office and the link corridor were constructed using a Paralon Built Up Roof Spec on Metal Deck.
This contract involved a high level of co-ordination between Grange Construction and Roofing, Draughtsmen, Site Personnel, Architects and the Main Contractors.
